OCF targets imaging centers for both refinancing existing equipment and financing new equipment such as PET scanners and CT scanners. "Because of the extraordinary high cost of technology, radiology centers are vulnerable to shrinking cash flow from equipment financing costs," said Harlan. "That's where we come in."
